Litmos is where you will learn the basics of your role at Team Lucas Group. Later, you may recieve additional learning paths to further advance your skills and knowledge.
Please complete all assigned courses on Litmos prior to your first scheduled day of work. After completing the first full pay period of your employment, you will be paid a flat amount for completion of your online litmos training. For clarity, if you do not complete your first week on the job, you will not be paid for online training.
